Tracking your order.

Where is my order?

Most orders ship within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, expect 5–9 business days for standard delivery or 2–4 for express. You'll get an email with tracking when we dispatch.

I haven't received tracking yet

It can take 24 hours for tracking to update after we mark an order as shipped. If 48 hours have passed and you haven't received tracking, email us at hello@mazaj.com.au.

My tracking hasn't moved

Australia Post sometimes pauses tracking for 1–2 days at major sorting facilities. This is normal. If it's been more than 5 days with no update, email us.
