Australia-wide. All states and territories.

Rates

• Standard: $9.95 flat. Free over $80.
• Express: $19.95 flat.

Delivery times

• Standard: 5–9 business days.
• Express: 2–4 business days.

Times above are measured from dispatch, not order. Most orders ship within 24 hours of placement. Remote postcodes may add 1–3 days.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking. You can also check progress on our Tracking page.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, please write to hello@mazaj.com.au. We'll either re-ship or refund.

Public holidays

Add 2–3 business days to delivery estimates around national holidays, AFL Grand Final weekend, and the December 22 – January 6 holiday period.

Carriers

We dispatch via Australia Post Parcel Post, Aramex, and Sendle depending on your address. You'll see the carrier in your tracking email.
