Our 30-day window
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return.
What we accept
Unused items in their original packaging. We can't accept items that have been used, washed, or modified.
What we don't accept
- The Filters (consumable hygiene item)
- Sale or final-clearance items
- Gift cards
How to start a return
- Email hello@mazaj.com.au with your order number.
- We'll respond within 24 hours with a pre-paid return label or instructions.
- Ship the item back to us.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5 business days.
Refund timing
Refunds appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we approve the return. Afterpay, Zip, and Klarna refunds may take an additional 1–3 days.
Defective or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, write to us within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and either replace the item or refund you fully.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
