Where do you ship?

Australia-wide. Free shipping on orders over $80.

How long does delivery take?

5–9 business days for standard shipping. Express (2–4 days) is available at checkout for $19.95.

Do you ship overseas?

Not yet. We're focused on Australia for our first chapter.

What is MAZAJ?

MAZAJ (pronounced mah-ZAHJ) is the Arabic word for mood, vibe, atmosphere. The feeling you carry into your morning.

Can I pay with Afterpay?

Yes. Afterpay, Zip, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and all major Australian debit and credit cards are accepted at checkout.

Is GST included?

Yes. All prices on our site include GST.

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging. See our Returns page for the full process.

Are your products dishwasher safe?

Most of them, yes. Each product page has care instructions. Glassware on the top rack, stainless steel anywhere, the hand grinder and wooden bases by hand only.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

The Ritual comes in its own linen-wrapped gift box. For other products, leave a note at checkout and we'll add complimentary gift paper.

Do you sell coffee beans?

Not yet. We make the objects that hold and brew the coffee. We recommend Single O, Market Lane, ONA, Code Black, or your local Saturday roaster.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive an email with tracking once your order ships. You can also track via our Tracking page.
